Refund policy
We sell instant digital downloads. Once the files have been delivered, all sales are final.
Exceptions
We will make it right if:
- a delivered file is corrupt or cannot be opened; or
- you were charged twice for the same purchase.
Email hello@astorventuresllc.com with your order details. We do not refund because you no longer need the files, chose the wrong pack, or expected legal advice, customs brokerage, or case-specific document preparation — we do not provide those services.
