Terms of sale
These terms govern one-time purchases of digital downloads from Astor Ventures LLC. We sell generic, self-service operational checklists, worksheets, and blank statutory templates. Files are delivered electronically after payment. There is no subscription and no account is required.
Not professional services
Astor Ventures LLC is not a law firm, not a licensed customs broker, and not a document preparation service. Nothing on this site or in any product is legal advice, customs brokerage, or case-specific document preparation. Buying a product does not create an attorney-client, broker, or other professional relationship. You are responsible for verifying current requirements in your jurisdiction and for filling in and using the files yourself.
Products and delivery
Products are digital goods only. After a successful one-time payment, a download link is sent by email. Formats vary by pack (for example PDF plus XLSX or DOCX). Nothing ships physically.
Payments
Prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are one-time charges processed through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
Refunds
Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final after file delivery, except where a file is corrupt or you were charged more than once. See our refund policy.
